Hidden Object Game Online - Instructions

Note: The instructions below are for the old Adobe Flash game.

When you find a hidden number, click the number to remove it from the search list. Find all the numbers to complete each level.

HOW TO GET STARTED. To get started, type your name into the New Player box after the Mysteriez game loads, then click the Accept button. Then on the main Mysteriez welcome screen, click the Play button in the center of the screen.

An animated How to Play screen then appears, showing a brief tutorial. Click the Close button to shut the How to Play screen.

You'll then see a "Connecting to Server" message as the game connects to the Wellgames website, and then the Find Numbers screen appears. Click the "Click to Play" message to start the hidden object game.

HOW TO PLAY. The hidden objects you need to find in this online puzzle game are either number-shaped or have numbers on them. For example, on a wall you might discover a rope wrapped in a figure-8 shape. Or, the legs of a piece of furniture might be shaped like the number 4.

You might uncover other numbers in hidden nooks and crannies of the floor, ceiling, and other locations. Some are printed directly on objects such as calendars, clocks, labels, and signs.

Click the number in the image to remove the number from your search list and get points. Your score and the search list display on the right side of the screen.

Starting with Level 1, you have 5 minutes to find 32 hidden numbers in the puzzle. I'll tell you right now, this hidden object game online isn't easy!

At first you'll detect and click hidden number after hidden number. But then you may hit a wall. "How can there still be ten numbers remaining?" you might wonder.

Note: If you click a spot in the image that doesn't have a hidden number, you lose 10 points off the clock as a penalty. The message "Time -10" appears when this happens.

Finding those last numbers is where your visual perception really comes into play. The more you play this hidden object game online, the more acute your vision for detail may become. Let's hope so, anyway.

The Magnifying Glass

To help you visualize the smaller details hidden in the picture, I recommend two things. First, play this hidden object game in full screen mode. (Click the small square in the upper right of the game window to maximize the window.)

Second, leave the default magnifying glass feature turned on. This will help you see details in the image that might otherwise blend in with other objects.

But if you want to disable it, double-click the magnifying glass to make it disappear. To reactivate the magnifying glass, simply double-click anywhere on the image. There's also a magnifying glass icon on the lower right the screen that you can use to disable or enable the magnifying glass.

Other Features

If you want to compete in this hidden object game online against other players on the Wellgames server, click the Play button on the right side of the screen.

You may need to wait until the "Play with other gamers in multiplayer mode" message appears before this option is available.

This multiplayer mode is a neat feature you don't often find with online brain games.

This Mysteriez hidden object game online has a couple other helpful features. First, you can pause the game anytime by clicking the Pause button on the right side of the game. To unpause and resume playing, simply click the game screen.

The timer at the upper right of the game displays the number of minutes and seconds remaining in the level. Whether or not you actually find all the hidden numbers, you'll still be allowed to pass to the next level of the game when the timer runs out.
